Commercial Cleaners in Tunbridge Wells

Regular contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and commercial premises in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.

Elegant town, demanding standards

Royal Tunbridge Wells expects things to look right. The Pantiles, with its colonnaded shops, cafés and restaurants, sets the tone. Mount Pleasant and the streets around the Royal Victoria Place shopping centre carry the big name retailers, and the side streets are full of solicitors, financial advisers, estate agents and medical practices in handsome Victorian and Regency buildings. North of the centre, North Farm and the Longfield Road area bring retail warehouses, trade counters and business units. Wherever your premises sit, people walking through the door have high expectations, and your cleaning has to meet them.

Presentation is the product

For a boutique on the Pantiles, a restaurant on Mount Pleasant or a wealth manager in a period townhouse, the building is part of what customers are paying for. Smeared glass, a tired washroom or dust on the skirting tells them you are not as good as you claim. We clean so that never happens.

Discreet by design

Customers in Tunbridge Wells should never see a mop bucket. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends. Our cleaners are our own employees, trained in house, vetted by us and in uniform, and every one signs a confidentiality agreement. We do not use agency staff or subcontractors.

Standards that stay put

A supervisor is on site for your first clean, and regular supervisor inspections follow. A written cleaning schedule sets out exactly what is done in your building. The comments book on site gives your staff a direct line to us. When your regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday, we arrange the cover.

We are a family run business based at the Innovation Centre in Chatham, and our managers do hands on cleaning themselves. Tunbridge Wells is at the southern end of the area we cover, and we treat it with the same attention as our own doorstep.

Tunbridge Wells questions

Our building is listed. Does that change anything?

It shapes the schedule. We note which surfaces and fittings need particular care, and we risk assess every building in line with HSE guidance before we start.

Do you need us there to let you in?

No. We hold keys and alarm codes for office customers, so the clean happens while you are away.

Can you clean a carpet in our reception?

Your regular clean includes vacuuming, but we do not offer specialist carpet cleaning.

Is there a minimum contract?

Four hours a week.
