Ask any business on the Isle of Sheppey about cleaners and you will hear the same story. Someone from the mainland signs up, turns up for a few weeks, then the visits get shorter and the excuses get longer. We are based at the Innovation Centre in Chatham, and Sheppey is part of our regular patch across Swale and Medway. If we take on your contract, we staff it properly and we cover it properly.

Starting your contract

We visit your premises, agree what needs doing and how often, and put it into a written cleaning schedule. On the first clean a supervisor is on site alongside your cleaner, so the standard is set from day one. From then on our supervisors carry out regular inspections, and our managers still do hands on cleaning themselves, so they know exactly what good looks like.

Contracts start from four hours a week, and regular contract customers can add window cleaning to the same arrangement.

We cover it. Sheerness, Queenborough, Minster and the rest of Sheppey are all part of our Swale area, and we staff contracts here the same way we staff them anywhere else.

We have staff working through the night. When would you clean?

Whenever suits your operation. We agree times with you and build them into the schedule, whether that is early morning, evening or weekends.

Our cleaner is employed by us. Can you take over?

Yes. We have experience of TUPE transfers and will handle the move so your cleaner keeps their job.
