Switching cleaning company should not be a leap of faith. Here is how it works, from your first email to the day-to-day running of your contract, so you know what you are getting before you sign anything.
-
You tell us about your premises
Send us a few photos or describe the space, what you need cleaning and what is not working with your current cleaner. Most quotes start this way, by email, because it is quicker for you.
- We reply by email, usually the same working day or the next.
- You get a guide price, so you know straight away whether we fit your budget.
-
You get a written proposal
If the guide price works for you, we put together a written proposal built around your building. Where it helps, we come and see the premises first.
- A cleaning schedule setting out what gets cleaned and how often.
- A clear price, so you know exactly what you will pay.
-
We assign your cleaning team
When you are happy to go ahead, we put a team in place for your building.
- Trained by us in cleaning methods, safe chemical use and health and safety.
- Vetted, and in uniform.
- Briefed on your building and your schedule before they start.
-
A smooth start
The first few cleans set the standard, so we get everything in place before the team arrives.
- A risk assessment in line with Health and Safety Executive guidance.
- Equipment, chemicals and consumables such as toilet roll delivered before the first clean.
- Supervision on larger contracts, where the site needs it.
-
We keep on top of it
Most cleaning contracts go wrong months in, when nobody is paying attention. Every customer is different, so we set each contract up around what you need and keep on top of it for as long as we clean for you.
- Regular contact with you about how the cleaning is going.
- Cover for sickness and holidays, so your clean still happens.
- A comments book on site, so you can leave notes for the team.
Ready for the first step?
Send us a few photos or a description of your premises and we will come back with a guide price. No obligation, and no pressure.
