Larkfield in two halves
Larkfield has a residential heart and an industrial edge, and both need cleaning. Down New Hythe Lane, the Larkfield Trading Estate and the business units around Bellingham Way are home to distribution, trade and light industrial firms. Back towards the A20, Martin Square brings together local shops, a library, a retirement home and the Thornhills Medical Practice, with the big supermarkets close by. Larkfield Leisure Centre sits on New Hythe Lane too. In one small area you have warehouses, a GP surgery, a care setting, a leisure centre and a parade of shops.
The premises we clean here
Trading estate units
Offices, staff toilets, kitchens and canteens in the units off New Hythe Lane and Bellingham Way, cleaned around your working day.
Health and care
Surgeries and care homes need cleaners who understand infection control. We use bactericides that kill MRSA where it matters.
Local shops
Small retail units are welcome. Contracts start from four hours a week, so a shop on the parade gets a proper schedule too.
Leisure and sport
Changing rooms, showers and reception areas take a beating. Our leisure centre cleaning is built around that.
A clean that works around you
A surgery cannot have a vacuum running through consulting time. A trading estate unit cannot have the canteen out of action at lunch. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, and we fix the time with you before we start.
Every building gets a written cleaning schedule. It tells your cleaner exactly what to do on each visit and tells you exactly what you are paying for. A supervisor is on site for your first clean, then regular supervisor inspections keep the standard where it started.
People you can trust inside your building
Larkfield businesses tell us the same thing about their old cleaners: they never knew who was coming. Ours are employed by us, trained in house, vetted and in uniform. We never use agency staff or subcontractors. Every cleaner signs a confidentiality agreement, which matters in a surgery or an office handling customer records. If your cleaner is ill or on holiday, we send cover.
From our door to yours
Our base is the Innovation Centre in Chatham. Larkfield sits by the M20 on the Medway side of Maidstone, close to the routes our managers use every week. Those managers do hands on cleaning themselves, so they know what a good clean looks like and spot it when one is not.
What Larkfield customers ask
Can you clean a care home or retirement setting?
Yes, on a regular contract. We work to a written schedule, keep noise down around residents and use products suited to a care environment.
How do we flag a problem?
Write it in the comments book we leave on site. Your cleaner, our supervisors and your team all use it, so nothing gets lost.
Do you clean windows?
Yes, for regular contract customers. It keeps everything under one arrangement.
