The story is nearly always the same. A cleaner starts well, then the hours slip, the toilets get a quick wipe instead of a proper clean, and nobody turns up when the regular person is on holiday. In a fast moving town like Dartford, a business cannot afford to look tired. Clients and customers walk in expecting a professional building.
We fix that with structure rather than promises. Every building gets a written cleaning schedule. A supervisor is on site for the first clean. After that, our supervisors carry out regular inspections and a comments book stays on site so you can leave a note any time. Sickness and holidays are covered by us, not by you.
Our cleaners are our own employees, vetted by us, in uniform and bound by a signed confidentiality agreement. We never use agency staff or subcontractors, so the person in your building is someone we know and trust.
An office on a business park keeps different hours to a shop in the town centre or a unit that runs two shifts. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends and agree the times with you before we start. Contracts start from four hours a week, so a small practice gets the same care as a large office floor. Regular contract customers can also add window cleaning.
No. We work across the whole borough, including the villages to the south such as Longfield, and over the border into Gravesend and Swanley.
Yes. We have experience of TUPE transfers and will handle the move properly, so your current cleaner and your building are looked after.
It should not happen, because we cover every absence ourselves. If something is not right, write it in the comments book and it gets dealt with.
We are fully insured and carry out a risk assessment of your premises in line with HSE guidance before the first clean.
