Our cleaners are our own employees, trained in house, vetted by us and in uniform. We never use agency staff or subcontractors. A supervisor is on site for your first clean to walk the building with your cleaner, and after that our supervisors carry out regular inspections. A comments book stays on site, so you can leave a note and know it will be read. When your cleaner is off sick or on holiday, we arrange the cover ourselves.
