Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Area we cover

Commercial Cleaners in Allhallows

Regular contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and commercial premises in Allhallows and the surrounding area.

A small village with a few buildings that matter

Allhallows sits right at the end of the Hoo Peninsula, where the Thames meets the open marshes. It is a village of under two thousand people, and we will not pretend it is a commercial hub. What it does have is a handful of buildings that need cleaning properly and regularly: the holiday park, the village primary school, the village hall and a few local businesses. Those are the premises this page is for.

Allhallows is part of Medway, and our office at the Innovation Centre in Chatham puts us on the same side of the river as you.

What is genuinely here

The holiday park

A large leisure site brings shared facilities such as reception areas, staff rooms, toilet blocks and offices. Our leisure cleaning is built around high footfall and changing rooms.

The village school

A primary school needs cleaning every day after the children leave. Our school cleaners hold enhanced DBS checks.

The village hall

Halls used for groups, clubs and parties need cleaning that works around the bookings diary. See our community centre page.

Local businesses

Small shops, offices and workshops on the peninsula can start from four hours a week.

Why remote villages get let down

Out on the peninsula, the usual complaint is simple: the cleaner does not turn up. A company based miles away sends whoever is free, and when that person is off sick there is nobody to fill the gap. A village school or hall then goes days without a clean.

We do it differently. Every cleaner is our own employee, never agency staff or subcontractors. We arrange cover for sickness and holidays ourselves, so the clean still happens. Our supervisors inspect regularly, and our managers still do hands on cleaning, which means somebody senior genuinely knows your building.

What you get with every contract

  • A written cleaning schedule for your building
  • A risk assessment in line with HSE guidance before we start
  • A supervisor on site for the first clean
  • A comments book on site for notes and requests
  • Cleaners who are vetted, uniformed and trained in house
  • A confidentiality agreement signed by every cleaner
  • Full insurance

Covering the rest of the peninsula

Allhallows does not stand alone. The same contracts work for premises in neighbouring Hoo peninsula villages such as High Halstow, St Mary Hoo and Stoke, and in the larger village of Hoo St Werburgh, where you find more shops, surgeries and the Kingsnorth industrial area. If your business sits anywhere between Allhallows and Strood, our Medway page explains how we cover the whole area.

We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, so a busy holiday season or a packed hall diary is never a problem.

Allhallows questions

Do you really travel out to Allhallows?

Yes. Allhallows is in Medway, our home area, and we treat it the same as anywhere else we cover.

Can you clean a hall that is only busy on certain days?

Yes. We build the schedule around your bookings, with a minimum of four hours a week.

Do you do one off cleans after events?

No. We only provide regular contract cleaning, which is how we keep the same trained cleaners on the same buildings.
