Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Doctors

Regular contract cleaning for doctors, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

Almost everyone sitting in a GP waiting room is unwell, or caring for someone who is. Coughs, colds, stomach bugs, newborns in for checks and elderly patients with long term conditions all share the same chairs, door handles and toilets. A surgery that is only clean on the surface is a surgery that passes infection around.

Touch points matter more than shine

Germs spread in a medical centre through the things people touch without thinking. Our cleaners are trained in house to work through them every visit, not when they happen to notice.

  • Door handles, push plates and grab rails
  • Self check in screens and reception counters
  • Waiting room chair arms and play area surfaces
  • Light switches and lift buttons
  • Taps, flush handles and baby change units

We use bactericides that kill MRSA throughout, and colour coded cloths, mops and buckets so the kit used in a toilet never reaches a consulting room.

A building with many different rooms

Consulting rooms

Desks, examination couch surfaces, sinks and floors, cleaned to your instructions and around anything clinical that your team manages.

Treatment and nurse rooms

Where dressings, injections and blood tests happen. Hard surfaces and floors are done to the standard your infection control lead sets.

Waiting areas and reception

The busiest space in the building and the first thing patients judge you on.

Admin and staff areas

Records rooms, offices, staff kitchen and the meeting room your partners use.

Long days, early starts

Surgery hours keep stretching, with early clinics, late appointments and Saturday sessions. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, so the building is ready before the first patient arrives and nobody is waiting behind a cleaning trolley. Sickness and holiday cover is arranged by us, so a clean is never missed because one person is off.

Patient confidentiality

A GP surgery holds some of the most private information anyone has. Every cleaner signs a confidentiality agreement and is our own employee, vetted by us and in uniform. Your schedule makes it clear which rooms are cleaned, what is left untouched on desks and how clinical waste is left for your own procedures.

Your practice gets a written cleaning schedule, safety data sheets for every product we use, a risk assessment in line with HSE guidance and a supervisor on site for the first clean. After that, regular supervisor inspections keep standards where they started.

Common questions from practice managers

Do your cleaners handle clinical waste or sharps?

No. Those stay with your clinical team and your waste contractor. We clean around them as your schedule directs.

Do you only clean GP surgeries?

No. We look after health centres, clinics and other clinical premises too, such as dental practices and opticians.

We already employ our own cleaner. Can you take them on?

Yes. We have experience of TUPE transfers and will move your cleaner across properly, so you no longer have to manage holidays and cover yourself.

Is there a minimum contract?

Contracts start from four hours a week.
