Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Banks

Regular contract cleaning for banks, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

A clean branch is part of the trust you sell

People walk into a bank or building society to hand over their money and their personal details. Smeared glass screens, dusty counters and a grubby entrance mat tell them something about how carefully you run things. A branch that is spotless every morning tells them the opposite.

Security comes first

Letting a cleaning team into a bank is not the same as letting them into a shop. There are secure areas, confidential paperwork and customer information on desks and screens. That is why we never send agency staff or subcontractors. Every cleaner is our own employee, vetted by us, trained in house and in uniform. Before anyone sets foot in your branch they sign an agreement to keep anything they come across on your premises to themselves. We already hold keys and alarm codes for office customers and treat that responsibility with the same care.

What we clean

  • Banking hall floors, entrance matting and doors
  • Counters, glass screens, writing desks and leaflet stands
  • Customer seating and interview rooms
  • Staff offices, desks, phones and keyboards
  • Staff kitchens and rest areas
  • Toilets and washrooms
  • Bins, recycling and internal glass

Regular contract customers can also add window cleaning, so the shopfront looks as good as the banking hall.

Cleaning around your opening hours

Your branch needs to be ready before the doors open and your staff need to work without a vacuum running past them. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, and we fit around your locking up and security procedures rather than asking you to change them.

Why bank cleaning goes wrong

A different face every week

Agency staff come and go. Our cleaners are employed by us, so the people in your branch are people we know.

Nobody checks the work

Our supervisors carry out regular inspections and there is a comments book on site, so any issue gets picked up and put right.

Gaps at holiday time

We cover sickness and holidays ourselves. Your branch does not go uncleaned because someone is off.

Vague standards

Every building gets a written cleaning schedule, and a supervisor is on site for the first clean to make sure it is followed from day one.

Switching from another contractor

If you are unhappy with your current cleaners, moving across is straightforward. We have experience of TUPE transfers, carry out a risk assessment in line with HSE guidance and are fully insured. Contracts start from four hours a week, which suits smaller branches as well as larger offices.

Questions branch managers ask us

How often will you clean?

As often as your branch needs. Some sites want a clean every weekday before opening, others need a few visits a week. We agree the hours with you and set them out in a written schedule, starting from four hours a week.

Will we see the same cleaners each time?

Yes. Your cleaners are our own employees, not a rota of agency staff. When someone is on holiday or off sick, we arrange cover ourselves and brief the replacement on your schedule and security procedures.

What happens if something is missed?

Write it in the comments book on site or tell your supervisor. Our supervisors inspect regularly and our managers do hands on cleaning too, so problems are spotted and sorted by people who know the job.

Are your cleaners insured?

We are fully insured, and we carry out a risk assessment for your building in line with HSE guidance before the first clean.

Can you clean our windows as well?

Yes. Window cleaning is available to all our regular contract customers, so you can keep the shopfront and internal glass under one contract.
