Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Pubs

Regular contract cleaning for pubs, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

The morning after a good night

Friday night was busy. The till did well, the football was on and someone had a birthday. Saturday morning, the floor by the bar is sticky, the carpet smells of spilt beer, there are glasses on the windowsills and the toilets look like a crime scene. Your bar staff did not sign up to scrub urinals at nine in the morning, and you have deliveries to deal with. That is the job we take off your hands.

Before you open, every time

Pubs have one clear cleaning window: the hours between closing and opening. Our cleaners come in early in the morning, so when you unlock the doors the place is fresh, the floors are dry and the toilets are spotless. We clean seven days a week where you need it, including weekends, which is when a pub needs it most.

What gets done

  • Bar floors swept and mopped, including behind the bar
  • Carpets vacuumed throughout
  • Tables, chairs, stools and bar fronts wiped down
  • Customer and staff toilets cleaned thoroughly
  • Entrance, doors, glass and handles
  • Function rooms after events
  • Stairs, corridors and the back office
  • Bins and recycling cleared

It is all written into a cleaning schedule for your pub, so you and your cleaner both know exactly what happens each visit.

The toilets make or break a pub

People forgive a slow pint. They do not forgive a filthy toilet, and they tell their friends about it. After a busy night, toilets need far more than a quick mop. Our cleaners deal with whatever they find, they do it properly, and they do it before your first customer needs to go. We are used to it. It is part of the job.

We already hold keys and alarm codes for office customers, and we can do the same for your pub, so you do not need to be there when we arrive. Every cleaner is our own employee, vetted, trained in house, in uniform and bound by a confidentiality agreement. No agency strangers behind your bar.

Why landlords give up on cleaners

No show on a Sunday

The morning after your busiest night is the worst time for a cleaner to be off. We send cover for sickness and holidays.

Corners cut over time

Supervisors carry out regular inspections, so standards do not slide once the novelty wears off.

Nowhere to leave feedback

Write it in the comments book on site. Our managers read it and act on it, and they do hands on cleaning themselves.

Safety ignored

Wet floors and cellar steps are a real risk. We carry out a risk assessment in line with HSE guidance before we start.

Serving food as well? Our restaurant cleaning page covers dining areas, and if you let rooms, see hotel cleaning.

What landlords ask us

We are a small local. Is it worth it?

Yes. Contracts start from four hours a week, which suits plenty of smaller pubs.

Do you clean beer lines or the cellar?

No. Line cleaning is a job for your cellar team or brewery. We clean the bar, the public areas, the toilets and your back of house.

Can you do the windows?

Yes. Window cleaning is available to all our regular contract customers.

Who shows the cleaner round?

A supervisor is on site for the first clean to go through everything with your cleaner.
