Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Vets

Regular contract cleaning for vets, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

Clean enough for the animals in your care

Sick animals, elderly pets recovering from surgery and puppies in for their first jabs all come through the same front door. A veterinary practice has to be hygienically clean at every visit, because the animals you treat are often the most vulnerable to infection. Getting that right is not about a quick mop round reception at the end of the day.

A practice is not an office

A good vet cleaner understands what can be cleaned and what needs to be left alone. When animals are recovering nearby, our cleaners keep noise down and avoid running vacuum cleaners close to them. They know theatres, labs and consulting rooms each need a different approach, and they understand how special waste has to be handled in a practice.

Stopping cross contamination

Infection spreads in a practice through dirty cloths, shared mop water and fur carried from room to room. We tackle all three.

  • Fur vacuumed up properly, not swept around
  • A two way mopping system to stop dirty water going back on the floor
  • Cloths and mop heads cleaned thoroughly after every use
  • Steam cleaning where it is needed
  • Bactericides that kill MRSA

What we clean

  • Reception and waiting areas
  • Consulting rooms
  • Theatres and prep rooms
  • Labs
  • Kennels and ward areas, to your instructions
  • Offices, staff rooms and kitchens
  • Toilets and washrooms

The paperwork is done for you

We provide safety data sheets (COSHH sheets) for every product we use, and a written cleaning schedule for your practice. A comments book on site gives your team, our supervisors and the cleaner on duty a simple way to talk to each other. Our supervisors inspect the cleaning regularly so standards do not drift.

Why vet cleaning goes wrong

General cleaners, specialist building

An office cleaner does not know how to work around a recovering animal. Ours are trained in house for exactly this.

The same mop everywhere

Cross contamination starts with poor equipment habits. We clean cloths and mop heads after every use.

Gaps when staff are off

We cover sickness and holidays ourselves. Your practice does not go a night without a clean.

Nobody checks

Regular supervisor inspections and a comments book mean issues get raised and fixed.

Questions practice managers ask

When do you clean?

Early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, around your surgery hours and any animals staying in.

Are your cleaners your own staff?

Yes. Every cleaner is employed by us, vetted, in uniform and fully insured. A supervisor is on site for your first clean.

Is there a minimum contract?

Contracts start from four hours a week.
