Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Warehouses

Regular contract cleaning for warehouses, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

Trade counters and warehouses get filthy fast

A busy trade counter sees muddy site boots all day long. By lunchtime the floor in front of the counter is grey, the dust on the shelves near the door is thick and the till area is covered in fingerprints. Behind it, the warehouse fills with dust from packaging, pallets and vehicles coming in and out. Left alone, it becomes a slip hazard and a miserable place to work.

Wholesalers with a warehouse behind

Electrical wholesalers, plumbing merchants and builders merchants all have the same problem. The front of house needs to look sharp for trade customers, and the warehouse behind needs to be safe for the people working in it. We clean both, on one contract and one schedule.

Trade counter and showroom

  • Floors and entrance matting, where the site boots do their damage
  • The counter, till area and card machines
  • Display shelving and stands, especially near the door
  • Customer toilets, which trade customers use hard

Warehouse and back of house

  • Walkways and loading areas swept and mopped
  • Offices and goods in desks
  • Staff canteens, kitchens and rest areas
  • Staff toilets and changing areas
  • Bins and recycling

Dust, slips and the people who work there

Warehouses are dusty places by nature, but that is no excuse. Regular cleaning protects your staff from breathing in dust and germs and cuts down the risk of slipping on a dirty floor. Before we start, we carry out a risk assessment for your site in line with HSE guidance, so our cleaners work safely around racking, forklifts and deliveries.

Cleaned before the first van arrives

Trade counters open early and stay busy. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, so your counter is ready for the first customer and nobody is mopping round their feet.

Why warehouse cleaning goes wrong

Only the front gets done

Plenty of cleaners stop at the counter. Your written schedule covers the warehouse, welfare areas and toilets too.

Different faces every week

Our cleaners are our own employees, vetted by us, trained in house and in uniform.

Nobody checks

Supervisors inspect regularly, and our managers do hands on cleaning, so they know what good looks like.

No cover for holidays

We cover sickness and holidays ourselves. The floor does not wait for someone to come back.

Questions warehouse managers ask

Is there a minimum contract?

Contracts start from four hours a week, so a single branch trade counter is just as welcome as a large distribution unit.

Can you clean our windows too?

Yes. Window cleaning is available to all our regular contract customers.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, and a supervisor is on site for your first clean to agree the schedule with you.
