Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Restaurants

Regular contract cleaning for restaurants, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

Diners notice what your staff stop seeing

After a long service your team is tired, the last table has gone and nobody has the energy to get under the banquettes. That is when the floor starts to go grey, the skirting picks up a film of grease and the customer toilets drift from fine to just about acceptable. Your diners see all of it the moment they sit down, long before the food arrives. A regular contract cleaner takes that job off your staff, so the dining room looks as good at the first booking as your menu deserves.

Tables get wiped between sittings. The rest does not.

Turning tables is about speed. Crumbs go on the floor, sauce gets trodden into the carpet by the bar and sticky fingerprints build up on the door glass. None of that gets fixed between covers, and it piles up day after day. Our cleaners come in when you are closed and deal with the parts of the restaurant a busy shift never reaches.

Front of house

  • Dining room floors vacuumed and mopped, including under tables and seating
  • Chairs, banquettes, table bases and high chairs
  • Bar fronts, counters and the welcome desk
  • Entrance doors, glass and menu boards
  • Customer toilets and baby change

Behind the scenes

  • Staff rooms, changing areas and staff toilets
  • Offices and the manager's desk
  • Corridors, stairs and back doors
  • Bins and recycling taken out

Exactly what we clean, and how often, is set out in a written cleaning schedule for your restaurant, agreed with you before we start.

Working around your opening hours

A restaurant has a short window when nobody is eating. We fit into it. We clean early in the morning before your kitchen team arrives, or late in the evening after the last guests leave. Weekend cleans are available too, which matters when Saturday night is your busiest service of the week and Sunday lunch follows straight after.

Our cleaners are our own employees, never agency staff. They are vetted by us, trained in house, wear uniform and sign a confidentiality agreement. If you would rather not leave your keys and alarm code with a stranger, you will not have to.

What usually goes wrong

A cleaner who rushes the toilets

Customer toilets are where a restaurant wins or loses a review. Our schedule treats them as a priority on every visit, not an afterthought at the end.

Nobody turns up on a Monday

When your cleaner is off sick or on holiday, we send cover. You will not open the doors to last night's mess.

No way to raise a problem

Leave a note in the comments book on site and it gets picked up. Supervisors carry out regular inspections too.

A slow decline

Our managers do hands on cleaning themselves, so they know when standards are slipping and they step in.

Run a pub as well as a restaurant? See our pub cleaning page, or our hotel cleaning page if you have rooms upstairs.

Restaurant owners often ask

Do you clean commercial kitchens?

We are a regular contract cleaner for the dining room, washrooms, staff areas and offices. Specialist kitchen extraction and one off deep cleans are not something we offer, so we keep to what we do well every week.

We only need a couple of hours a day. Is that worth your while?

Contracts start from four hours a week, so a small independent restaurant fits comfortably.

Can you clean the windows too?

Yes. Window cleaning is available to all regular contract customers, which keeps your frontage bright for passing trade.

Who checks the work?

A supervisor is on site for your first clean to go through the schedule, and our supervisors inspect regularly after that.
