Commercial contract cleaning across Kent and Medway

Commercial cleaning service

Offices

Regular contract cleaning for offices, carried out by our own employed cleaning teams across Kent and Medway.

Your office is judged before anyone says a word

A visitor walks into reception and makes up their mind about your business in seconds. Dusty skirting, a sticky meeting room table and a toilet that has not been touched since yesterday all say the same thing: nobody here pays attention. Your staff notice it too. A tidy kitchen and a clean desk to sit down to every morning make a real difference to how people feel about coming to work.

What a regular office clean covers

  • Reception, entrance and visitor seating
  • Desks, phones and keyboards
  • Meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Kitchens, sinks, worktops and microwaves
  • Toilets and washrooms
  • Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped
  • Stairs, corridors and lifts
  • Internal glass, partitions and door handles
  • Bins and recycling emptied

Every building gets its own written cleaning schedule, so you know exactly what is done on each visit and so does your cleaner.

Your rules on keys, alarms and desks

An office is full of things that are none of a cleaner's business. Client files, contracts, payroll and screens left logged in. Our cleaners work to your rules on keys, alarms and anything left on desks, and every one of them signs a confidentiality agreement before they start. We already hold keys and alarm codes for office customers and we treat that trust seriously. Our cleaners are our own employees, vetted by us and in uniform, never agency staff you have never met.

Cleaned before you arrive or after you leave

Nobody wants to take a phone call over a vacuum cleaner. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, so your office is ready when the first person walks in and the working day is never interrupted.

Where office cleaning usually falls apart

Standards slip after the first month

Plenty of cleaners start well and then cut corners. Our supervisors carry out regular inspections, so the tenth month looks like the first.

You end up chasing the cleaner

Write a note in the comments book on site and it gets dealt with. Our managers do hands on cleaning themselves, so they know when something is not right.

Strangers with your keys

We never send agency staff. The people in your office are people we employ, train in house and know.

Nobody comes in August

When your cleaner is on holiday or off sick, we arrange the cover. You should never notice.

Small offices are welcome

Contracts start from four hours a week, so a small office above a shop gets the same service as a full floor on a business park. Regular contract customers can add window cleaning too, keeping everything under one arrangement.

Common questions from office managers

Do we need to be there when you clean?

No. Most of our office customers are not. A supervisor is on site for the first clean to walk through the schedule with your cleaner, and after that you simply leave us a note in the comments book if anything needs attention.

Can you take over from our current cleaners?

Yes. If your current contract is ending or you employ your own cleaner, we have experience of TUPE transfers and will handle the move properly.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, and we carry out a risk assessment of your building in line with HSE guidance before we start.

What if a clean is not up to standard?

Tell us and we put it right. Between the comments book, regular supervisor inspections and managers who clean themselves, problems do not sit around waiting to be noticed.
