Kent Cleaning Solutions is a family run commercial cleaning company based at the Innovation Centre in Chatham. Swanley sits on the western edge of the area we cover, and its mix of premises suits the way we work.
On an industrial estate, the warehouse floor is usually looked after by the business itself. What gets neglected are the areas staff and visitors actually use: the office, the reception, the canteen, the toilets and the changing rooms. Those are where we come in. A shift team coming off a long night deserves a clean canteen and decent washrooms, and a customer walking into your trade counter should not be greeted by a filthy toilet.

Shops, cafes and practices around the town centre need cleaning outside trading hours so customers never see it happening. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends. For surgeries, our cleaners use bactericides that kill MRSA. For shops, the focus is on the shop floor, the entrance, the glass and the staff areas.
We agree times that work with your operation, including early starts and weekends.
Every cleaner is employed by us, vetted, in uniform and trained in house. Never agency or subcontracted.
We carry out a risk assessment in line with HSE guidance before the first clean, which matters in a building with forklifts and racking.
Regular supervisor inspections and a comments book on site keep the work where it should be.
Moving away from a cleaner who keeps letting you down? We have experience of TUPE transfers and will make the handover straightforward. Our supervisor is on site for the first clean to get the schedule right.
Contracts start from four hours a week, so a single unit with a small office is as welcome as a large site.
