Area we cover
Regular contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and commercial premises in Medway and the surrounding area.
Medway is a single unitary authority stretching from Strood and the Hoo Peninsula in the north to Walderslade and Lordswood in the south, and from Rochester across to Rainham. It is home to a huge range of workplaces. Plenty of organisations here run more than one site, across more than one town, and they want a single cleaning company that can look after all of them.
Our office is at the Innovation Centre on Maidstone Road in Chatham, close to the middle of Medway. We moved here from London in 2010 and Medway has been our home patch ever since.
Each part of Medway has its own character, and its own kind of premises.
Every site gets its own written cleaning schedule, so a shop in Strood and an office in Gillingham are each cleaned to the right standard.
All our cleaners are our own employees, trained in house the same way, wherever in Medway they work.
Our supervisors inspect regularly at every site, and each building has its own comments book.
When a cleaner is off sick or on holiday, we arrange cover so no site goes without.
Schools, surgeries, nurseries and community buildings make up a large share of Medway's premises. Our school cleaners hold enhanced DBS checks, and for surgeries we use bactericides that kill MRSA. If you are bringing cleaning staff across from another contractor, we have experience of TUPE transfers. Every contract starts with a risk assessment in line with HSE guidance and a supervisor on site for the first clean.
Every cleaner we send is vetted by us, in uniform and has signed a confidentiality agreement. We never use agencies or subcontractors, and we are fully insured.
Different sites keep different hours. We clean early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, and we hold keys and alarm codes for office customers. Contracts start from four hours a week per site, and regular contract customers can add window cleaning.
Yes. Each site gets its own schedule, but you deal with one company for all of them.
We do. From Strood out to Allhallows, the whole of Medway is our home area.
Leave a note in that site's comments book. Our supervisors check them and our managers, who also clean, follow up.
