About the Survey
-We are conducting a survey into mother and baby facilities in Kent.
-The closing date for entries is 5pm, 9th July 2010. On 12th July 2010 a winner will be chosen at random to receive £50 worth of Mothercare vouchers, you can then either come to our offices to collect your vouchers or we can send them to you by post.
-Your email address will not be used in any way for marketing purposes, or sold on to third parties.
-You do not need to provide your name, your address or any other personal details, all replies will be kept totally anonymous.
-Only one entry per person
How to Complete the Survey
The survey is about mother and baby facilities in places "away from the home" in Kent. "Away from the home" includes not just public facilities but any facilities you may use when not at home - so this may be in a restaurant, cafe, tourist attraction, pub etc.
