What Should I Consider When Choosing a Commercial Cleaning Supplier?

Do You Supply Equipment and Cleaning Supplies?

Yes, we do. Every new contract has brand new equipment assigned to that site only. We also supply, in consultation with you, the consumables you need.

Are Your Cleaners Insured?

Yes, all employees are covered by our employers liability and public liability insurance.

Do you Provide Measurable Service Levels?

We use detailed Cleaning Schedules. This includes a list of all cleaning tasks required for your site(s), as well as how often these tasks need to be done. The Cleaning Schedule is also used as a task checklist. The cleaning schedule is always available and regularly reviewed with the client to keep track of all tasks provided as part of our services.

What is Your Environmental Policy?

We will use all recycling services that you have on your site. In addition we are able, by mutual agreement, to take any items that need to be recycled away from your site.

Do you Hold the Keys to my Building?

Most of our cleaning services take place out of hours and therefore it is necessary for our cleaners to hold the keys. Alternatively if you would prefer to hold the keys and can arrange for a key holder to always be present when cleaning starts and finishes then there is no need for us to hold the keys.

What Happens if we are not Satisfied with the Cleaner?

If you are not satisfied with your specific cleaner(s) or the general services provided please do let us know immediately. We will then ensure the matter is addressed and resolved urgently; and a resolution plan will be communicated to you within 24 hours of you notifying us.

What Areas do you Cover?

Our services cover all areas of Kent. In addition if you are based in Kent but have buildings in South East England (including London) we can meet this requirement too.

If our Cleaner is Sick or on Holiday, do you Provide Cover?

Yes we have a large pool of staff who can provide cover, we only use directly employed staff, we do not use agencies.

What are Your Opening Hours?

We are able to provide cleaning services from 6am until 10pm 7 days a week every day of the year except for public and bank holidays, and xmas day.
